The hotel is superb. The design is impressive, with rooms that reflect 5-star luxury. I was a bit let down by the lack of HDMI ports on the TVs ; it would've been great for streaming from personal devices. They're dog-friendly, a plus for pet owners. The hotel's location is ideal, only a 5-minute walk away from the main streets filled with quality restaurants and shops, as well as the beach. I've stayed in both of Rimini's districts. While the south offers beaches, affordable restaurants, and touristy shops, the north (where this hotel is) offers upscale establishments and vibrant nightlife. If you're looking for more than just sunbathing at the beach, the north provides a variety of activities.

I recently had the pleasure of staying here and would like to share my exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the sweet and welcoming ladies at the reception, who displayed courteous behavior throughout my stay. The hotel's proximity to the station, just a short 15-minute walk away, was incredibly convenient. The highlight of my stay was the amazing apartment provided. It felt like a home away from home, offering all the comforts and amenities one could desire. The fully equipped kitchen allowed me to cook my meals, and I could relax in the comfortable living area while watching television. The overall atmosphere and ambiance made me feel at ease and truly enhanced my stay.

I got upgraded to a lovely big room with adjacent living room & kitchen on the 5th floor, with balcony. Fresh pancakes & savoury treats for breakfast were delicious. Staff was super nice.

Very good location both for beach and just wondering around. Bit crowded architecture, but I guess that's what seaside resorts mean.

The Parioli Residence is lovely holiday hotel in a quiet street but yet, near to seashore and center. Rooms were very clean and large. We were really lucky to be upgraded to a suite with a seaview. It shows that management really cares to offer the best possible accommodation to their guests. Thank you!

excellent location, near restaurants & bars and also to the beach we had a apartment which was large & spacious but a little dated , but great value for money
